I haven't had much time to blog lately. I hope the pictures speak for themselves. After spending the whole day in cars and planes to get back home from Sweden normal people would get some sleep, unpack and maybe refill their fridge or do their laundry. We headed out on a 7 hour trip to the end of the world as we know it - also called the Westfjords along with 80 something related and almost as crazy people. There we slept on the floor crammed into an ice cold basement room with 7 people.
When you finally have an Icelandic heat wave after spending a rainy week in Sweden normal people would go to the beach. We traveled to the only place in Iceland where you could wear your winter jacket, woollen underwear, skiing pants and still be freezing. Except for in the swimming pool of course but you probably know all about that by now. If not click on the Westfjords tag or here.
