This picture is stolen. Click on it to see the whole apartment. This looks exactly like my room. When I take off my shoes they always end up in the same room in almost a straight line next to my bed. I mostly play with one wooden, quality toy at a time. It sometimes gets left behind when I sort everything else into my three boxes neatly before I go out to play. This picture is taken in broad daylight you see. It looks especially like this in my room in broad daylight.
Then I have one really nice, ironed, stainless shirt on a hanger because I use it every night when I go to parties. I have a couple of other colorful, ironed, completely foodstainless shirts hanging around the apartment (next to the front door and in my parents room). Mom always sits in a corner on her wooden chair knitting me sweaters (while Dad lies on the leather sofa) but she hasn't quiet got time to tidy everything up so she leaves her yarn ball lying around when she takes me out to play.
We have one pair of shoes each that are lined up neatly in the hallway. Mom also has a cheerful, green top in the hallway that she forgot to wear when we went out. She forgot her bag too so we might actually have to call the locksmith.

These Reykjavik stairs are from left to right: a back yard from Laugavegur (the main shopping street), the tower of Hallgrímskirkja (cathedral) and the super cool entrance to the city hall down through the middle of the pond with Icelandic rain effects.

When Mom is working Dad and I go hichhiking into the middle of nowhere. This pic just came to the blog from Dad's mobile. OK, if you have to know we're going with a friend to Landmannalaugar because our car wouldn't start. Makes sense doesn't it?

I just learned how to sneak up behind people and scare them half to death. If you're the inpatient kind you can also try it at the dinner table and forget the whole sneaking part.

Mom is going through pictures of me from the last year. After deleting thousands of pictures she still has 1057 cute baby pictures to print. Or wait 1055 cute pictures of me and then these. Don't you just hate when people get in your way while doing underwater photo shoots? The problem is also the camera only counts 10000 pictures then it starts giving the pictures it takes the same numbers all over again. If you take between 20000-30000 pictures and sometimes use different cameras it means everything is a mess in no particular chronological order.

I love MTV but my parents won't let me watch. I know how to turn on the TV but then someone always comes running to change the channel. They want me to watch the Children's Channel. Sometimes it's funny though as last week when one of the clay figures tripped and fell out of his house. I also laughed at the bees in Bee Movie when they started sounding like bees in court and pretended they couldn't speak English anymore. That was hilarious.

Is from New Year's Eve. Will we see less firework buying madness this year? Since we probably have an unofficial world record in buying fireworks per capita the fireworks at least got into the country safely. Icelanders are such good customers they didn't mind us not having any foreign currency to pay for it at the moment because of the financial breakdown and the whole terrorist situation. My sources say anonymous computer nerds have been working on computer networks belonging to people handling fireworks and will be paid in inflammables at the end of next month. But it's just a rumor.

This weekend I stayed overnight at my grandparents place with my 4 cousins. I usually end up looking something like this with pink flowers in my hair.

Well at least when I'm not distracted. Today we went for a walk. I picked up all the trash on the way and passing a parking space I had to point out out the car lights and all the blinkers on every car in the parking lot. Hours of fun.

Our debt due to the bank collapse is now in the making. We're staring to get numbers for the loans Iceland has to take. My share is 4,5 million krona. In today's lousy exchange rate that makes just about 260.000SEK. This is my new terrorist training outfit. Also check out the good company we're in.

I promise this is the last picture I'll post from our trip. The other night pictures we took are here and here. We get our share of darkness these days in Iceland. Sun comes up just before noon and it starts getting dark again around 4 PM. You can check out the other Tuesday Theme pictures here.

I'm always sitting somewhere reading my books quietly, I never have food in my face, I don't drool at all, I never make any sudden movements. I never walk around all day with Lego in my mouth either.

From a babies point of view garbage is almost the most exciting stuff you can get your hands on or stick into your mouth. However some of it is just on a different level. Check out more delicious garbage pics here.

When I go swimming I usually go through my complete collection of tricks meeting new people. I wave, clap my hands, use my belly as a drum, approach people and have them think I'm going to kiss them but then take a deep breath and blow on their shoulder or belly. Last week I even went up to a complete stranger and pointed her in direction of the water slide. It worked. She helped me out. Did you know how many syllables water slide has? You probably have to be at least 3 times my age to pronounce it correctly.

This football was frozen solid. It was like kicking a bowling ball. In the end I gave up.

Here are some more night pictures. If you are the patient type you can see the stars leave trails in the sky. I don't have time for that. But the picture is nice. I was busy running around in the dark with Dad's headlight and getting licked in the face by one of the dogs. The blue lights in the mid picture is Dad walking around showing off his mobile phone. Then you get to see our dinner.
