I suddenly decided to start speaking when we came home from Akureyri. Maybe some of you will visit to Iceland or Sweden some day. Then this dictionary of mine might come in handy.

epi - (epli) apple
da - (datt) fell
abo - (allt búið) we're out of (usually food)
Gestu - (Gestur) the name
sæng - duvet
au- (auga) eye
nef - nose
munn - (munnur) mouth
enni - forehead
sokk - (sokkur) sock
skór - shoes
busu- (buxur) throusers

hej - hello
titta - see
apa- monkey
bapa - Barbapappa
tss - (kisse) cat
ba - (lampa) light
mamma - mom
pappa - dad
ata - (akta) watch out
a - (varmt) hot
bajs - poo -> not to be mixed up with the word for goodbye above
näsa - nose
app - (napp)
mun - mouth
bada - go swimming
skor - shoes
keis- (kex) cracker
nej nej nej - no no no

wow
hi

Then I immitate these animals; cat,dog, duck, pig, chicken, sheep, lion, tiger, bee. Next time I post we will have a three hour exam so you'd better study.

Búin að breyta en munnur var í sænska listanum er hann farinn að bera fram "ur". Hann er augljóslega að tala sænsku :-)
